MyriaBlinxx Lash Cluster Policies & Client Guidelines Welcome to MyriaBlinxx! My goal is to provide every client with a luxurious, relaxing experience and beautiful, long-lasting lash clusters. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. ⸻ Appointment Policy Appointments are by booking only. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and will only be accepted if availability permits and a deposit has been received. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be charged an $8 late fee. Clients who are 20 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or canceled. If you are running late, please call or text 701-518-7241 (tel:701-518-7241) as soon as possible. ⸻ Deposit Policy A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits help protect appointment availability and preparation time. Accepted Payment Methods Cash Cash App: $Myriamoney Chime: Myriamoney Venmo: Myriamoney ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred when your appointment is rescheduled on the same day the cancellation is made. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment before future bookings. ⸻ Guest Policy To provide a clean, relaxing, and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments unless prior approval has been given. ⸻ Before Your Appointment For the best results, please: Arrive with clean lashes. Remove all eye makeup before your appointment. Remove contact lenses if possible. Avoid applying oils, creams, or oil-based skincare products around the eye area before your service. ⸻ Lash Aftercare Proper aftercare helps extend the life of your lash clusters. For best results: Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your lashes. Avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup removers around the eyes. Sleep on your back whenever possible to minimize friction. Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie as needed. Avoid excessive heat, steam, or saunas during the first 24 hours. ⸻ Refill Policy Refill appointments are available only when at least 50% of your lash clusters remain. If less than 50% remains, a new full set will be required. ⸻ Allergies & Safety Your safety is my priority. Please notify me before your appointment if you have: Eye sensitivities Allergies Recent eye surgery Medical conditions affecting your eyes or skin If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs after your appointment, discontinue touching the area, contact me immediately, and seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen. ⸻ Payment Policy Payment is due immediately upon completion of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include: Cash Cash App Chime Venmo Additional payment methods may be discussed when booking. ⸻ Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction matters. If you experience any concerns with your lash clusters within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me. I’ll gladly review the issue and discuss an appropriate solution.
